About the project
The architects addressed the constrained site by stacking offices, residential units, and amenities. This strategy produces a tall, columnar silhouette with tiered massing that articulates program shifts. The facade uses 22 types of patterned green glass in a gradient, amplifying verticality while improving performance and comfort. Internally, the sequence transitions from a grand commercial lobby to more private residential spaces, balancing prestige and intimacy. Shading strategies give the facade its distinct character and mitigate solar gain.

Offices & residential tower with premium retail at ground, two penthouse levels, and a separate multi-storey car park with direct lobby access.
